Escape Artist 45 'Adding a Method to your Madness'

In this podcast I discuss my thoughts on the 5 pillars of productivity as taught by Peter Shallard of Commit Action 

In brief the 5 Pillars of Productivity are

1. Set Specific Goals (break down large goals into smaller actionable goals)
2. Measurement (measure the doing not the results and make it fun)
3. Accountability (outside backup to help you fight the resistance when your will weakens)
4. Deadlines (create a timeline to complete for your project instead of creating a vague future of non accomplishment.)
5. Play (reward your inner child when the pressure overwhelms so he doesnt throw tantrums of procrastination)
