 Inspired by a visit with my buddy Michael Valade I talk about some of that initial spark that we generally get in adolescence and how to rekindle that and not take it for granted if your going through that currently. Some Strategies I explore to combat that... - Always be learning - Look at examples of people capturing that initial fire - Be Bold - Step out into uncharted territory aka be a leader - See failure as steps not stopping points - Don't take your inspiration, energy, and opportunity for granted - No matter what you do you have to work hard so you might as well pursue your passion!
