 Christmas Art Cards
These are some Art Cards i did for a couple Christmas packages I sent out to some of my Shadow of the Locust homies over the holidays. These were real fun to do! I'm totally diggin this whole Art Card thing! I plan to start doing more soon and putting them up for sale on etsy. In fact i already did one recently check it out here! Challenges One thing ive noticed though is i don't think i like using cheap markers anymore. I thought they were doing the trick but i feel like i could get better results with another medium. Maybe water colors. The other thing im having trouble with is inking. I want to add the black inks first but when i color in the lines anytime the markers hit the ink lines i get some smudge. So what ive been doing is progressively kind of coloring first and then inking on top of the colors but its tough because sometimes the markers hide the pencil lines. Plus i just don't enjoy doing it that way. If anyone has suggestions im always open to hearing new ways of doing things! Happy New Year!
